Pranam To My Guru Krsna
One day I was sitting in an office and waiting as the person
with whom I had an appointment was tied up with some other urgent work. As it
is in most big offices for security reasons, your cell phone has to be shut
down and handed over to the security which they hand you back when you are
leaving. They did not have much of reading material. I had carried a book to
read and had a notepad plus pen with me. I was getting a bit antsy and
irritated about the long wait and was wondering what people did before the era
of cellphones!
Then I realized that is was a wonderful time for Reflection.
A time to just sit quietly and reflect about life, work and God. While sitting
silently in a crowded office I just got lost and all the noise and hustle bustle
around me did not disturb me and everything faded away. It was as though I was
sitting
all alone in a very quiet place and then I heard! I heard My Guru’s
voice and Guruji was guiding me on my path. I do not know how long I was
sitting like this but I found I had a lot of clarity of thought and direction
for the future. And then the following words just flowed out and I quickly penned
them down.

Reflections!
A desperately required activity is reflections!
Sitting in the midst of a crowd,
Use the time for reflections!
In the middle of a busy day,
Take a little time out for reflections!
Listen keenly,
As reflections is the
Voice of the Lord!
Guiding one on the path,
Guiding one on the path.
